08/12/2024: Large place, closed terrace located in a convenient pedestrian area and in front of the main entrance, but I found the prices quite a bit higher than average, even compared to other cafes and pastry shops in the city (e.g. chocolate with cream at €6.50 , among other things not made express but by the bottle, whereas elsewhere I paid a good €2 less, being able to choose between various flavors and above all, made on the spot). Having said that, the staff is kind, except for the girl who takes the orders and who always seems to be annoyed... I would advise her to smile a little, as customers are pleased to see a pretty girl smile and be more welcoming. For the rest, a good place

Taverna San Trovaso

27/08/2024: Stumbled upon this place while staying a 2 minute walk from Accademia. The vibe, the food and the location was amazing. We were served by Anna, who was SO friendly, kind and personable and gave us recommendations. She was honestly amazing. We had the house special, duck Ragu, the pomodorro pizza, the marika pizza, the seafood mix pasta. All spectacular dishes! And the desserts (tiramisu, crème brule) were just as amazing. Must visit again!!!
14/08/2024: Great restaurant, make sure you go to Taverna not restaurant San Trovaso. The pasta with cozze (mussels) is outrageous the service excellent. The staff all eat together 30 minutes before opening at 7:00 PM.
