Negative comment addressed to the managers: We went this evening to collect an order placed from the app at this mc and found a terrible situation; the poor employees were literally exhausted, the boy at the counter had to run left and right to get the orders paid and to deliver them at the same time (he did everything to do it quickly and not keep anyone waiting) ... he was also out of breath because rightly he couldn't it works miracles... we were very sorry. There were a lot of people and the girl was also very polite and even apologized for the wait; more employees should be hired to allow the current ones to have a little more breathing room. The 5 stars are for the employees while for the managers 0 stars.

A volte tornano!!! Non essendo di Modena , ero stato in questo posto ben 7 anni fa e lo ricordavo con piacere !!! E dopo tutti questi anni la qualità è quella che ricordavo e forse anche di più . La cucina ed ottima , il locale molto particolare e fai fatica ad alzarti per andare via perché c’è quella giusta atmosfera che fa da dolce per il fine serata .

Ristorante in centro storico con pochi tavoli e servizio accurato. Carne di buona qualità anche se è meglio accertarsi prima della disponibilità. Prezzo nella norma

Roadhouse Restaurant

15/12/2024: the quality of the food is the usual one, I don't mind. I appreciated the friendliness and kindness of the waiters but unfortunately I have to declare the opposite regarding the trainee manager who proved to be lacking in empathy and courtesy at the cash register. I'll probably continue to frequent Roadhouse but definitely not this one.
11/12/2024: I was there on a Wednesday evening. I wanted to eat a hamburger. The staff who welcomed me were extremely kind and attentive and stood out throughout my stay, they deserve 10 stars. On the contrary, the food, which is mediocre, gets 3 stars just as a sign of encouragement, but it deserves less, and if you then compare it with the cost it should drop to 1 star. The environment is nothing special. In conclusion: an experience that may not even be repeated.

11/01/2025: Very nice place, I liked everything! The buffet is well stocked and the meat is very good. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to every need. I read reviews saying that the waiters don't speak Italian well but we didn't have any problems with that. They understood our every request very well and were really very kind. Super recommended!!!
