I suppose it had nothing to do with the coffee or its ownership, but I want to emphasize that, despite considering this establishment a wonderful place to have a coffee and spend time with friends, tonight, while walking home (around 11:50 PM) and during an important call, someone tried to block my path, even pushing me and shushing me in a rather disrespectful manner, justifying it with "we're recording something" (in a public space at almost midnight). Beyond the supposed need for silence in a public space, there are appropriate ways to request it, without being disrespectful or invading someone's personal space, much less touching or pushing them without their consent. I'm leaving this review because I want to understand what happened in this situation. I regret my defensive reaction (although it was entirely justified, given that a complete stranger was pushing me for no reason in a public space on my way home, my place of rest), but I don't understand the relationship between this establishment and the people responsible for this incident, and I would like to clarify what happened privately. One of the best bars in bologna. It’s literally in my zone and my throne and they know that Giacomo Casanova is gone now. I’ll be back again… one day.

Now I understand the crowd. I came in for a popsicle after orthodontic surgery and found a kind welcome and unwarranted attention, for a customer who had never set foot in there before. I left with a bag of ice and a soaring good mood. Congratulations. Really.

The "old Maurizio" is informal and has retained its characteristic simplicity; the newer part is more sophisticated but tasteful! Beautiful, full-bodied spritzes, with little ice and plenty of substance!
