The quality of the artisan product. This is what makes this butcher's shop a point of reference. Livestock raised on site and processed with expertise, guarantees high quality meat, such as their Porchette, in my opinion superior to those of the Castelli Romani. At prices that will make you abandon large-scale retail trade. Let's eat less, let's eat better.

05/01/2025: Presupposti molto alti, appena entrati un menu’ molto interessante. Servizio da rivedere, disorganizzati al massimo, tanti errori e sbagli, dalla birra agli ordini ai piatti sbagliati. Pizza buona Delusione totale sul baba’ che ho ordinato, dato il nome, pensando che fosse il cavallo di battaglia invece… delusione totale
01/01/2025: The place is really welcoming and the staff are always very kind. I find that the pizza is excellent both in terms of the "dough" and in terms of the ingredients. I always order the marinara and the tomato is delicious. I highly recommend it!
