We had the pleasure of visiting the “Cironi” slaughterhouse during a guided tour organized by the Sandro Pertini Agricultural Institute, and the experience was truly instructive and interesting. The veterinarian was extremely professional and was able to explain all the various aspects of the process clearly and sensitively, answering the students' questions with great availability. The environment was welcoming, and the owners' commitment to ensuring an educational and respectful field trip was perceived. An experience that allowed all of us to better understand the dynamics linked to food production, in a practical and engaging way. We certainly recommend this visit to all schools who wish to enrich their educational path with a unique opportunity. PS: the sandwich with freshly baked porchetta is excellent!

The quality of artisanal products. That's what makes this butcher shop a point of reference. Livestock raised on site and expertly processed guarantee high-quality meats, like their porchetta, which in my opinion is superior to those from the Castelli Romani. At prices that will make you avoid large retailers. We eat less, we eat better.
