I'm a tour guide who just left this well-stocked butcher's shop! My group had a great time with the brilliant butcher's girls who explained and told us the history of the various cured meats. The welcome and kindness with which they served us was special! The porchetta, mortadella, and corallina are top-notch! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area, whether alone or with groups. It's truly the best Ciociaria!
