We spent a week in Sardinia in October. We had two very poor dining experiences, though the prices weren't exactly modest. Unfortunately, we got the impression that many restaurants aren't interested in seeing a customer twice. We spent the last two days in Palau. Palau has a wonderful evening charm. We felt comfortable there and would gladly return. In the evening, we passed the small pizzeria MÀttizza La Pizza. It's primarily a takeaway place. There are a few tables for those who aren't looking for something too fancy. But the little place has its own unique flair, and we felt like we had arrived in Italy. The owner cooks himself and even comes out to ask customers if they're satisfied. His daughter handles sales and serving. Everyone is very friendly. The pizzas are truly excellent, and they also have wine. It's a great place for a small group to enjoy a meal. My wife was thrilled with the pizza with chickpeas. It's high quality for very little money.

For me, it was a perfect pizza, and we took it with us. We were able to eat it still hot at the harbor—simply fantastic. The staff was super friendly, but the space outside and inside the pizzeria is very limited and less than romantic.

I had a very good pizza for a reasonable price.

A small shop; if you live here, it's best to order takeout. Price-performance ratio is completely acceptable. Friendly service. The pizza was delicious; for my taste, they could have put a bit more sausage on the Diablo. The spiciness was OK. So, unfortunately, only 4 stars. The atmosphere is OK for a snack bar.

We stopped there for lunch after the boat ride. The pizza was good, even the one with chickpea flour and onions. Friendly staff, reasonable prices.
