Well-kept restaurant (recommended by Michelin!) with top service and good wines. The food was huge and fine. Why don't I give 5 stars - cold plates?!!! The Swiss love food on hot plates! Take your time with a fine meal! Handicap: the food gets cold faster if the plate is not hot...

Fantastic menu and dishes full of flavour, we took the 6-course tasting with wine pairing. We were pleasantly surprised by everything, even the outdoor area where we stayed in the cool in a very quiet square of the city was beautiful. Excellent quality/price ratio, I hope we will come back to visit you soon!!

Il locale, per me , è situato in un posto davvero bello, essendo estate abbiamo mangiato all’aperto , lo spazio apre la vista su una piazza molto bella di Biella. Camerieri molto gentili e disponibili Offre un menù vario , i piatti da noi scelti molto buoni e gustosi presentanti in modo creativo . E’ un locale in cui tornerei molto volentieri

Bel dehor esterno che affaccia sulla Piazza Duomo. Ambiente elegante e personale di sala gentile. Piatti con ingredienti ricercati, alcuni con sapori non eccezionalmente entusiasmanti. Ottimo l'uovo morbido e lo spaghetto. Carta dei vini ben strutturata. Nell'insieme una cena piacevole.

12/12/2024: Pleasant surprise in the surroundings of Biella, typical and surprising cuisine. Excellent quality of the raw materials, tasty dishes at the right level. Recommended.
25/11/2024: I had lunch on Sunday, the room was heated by a beautiful fireplace. The service was professional. I took the polenta with braised cheek (a butter that melted in my mouth, in fact I finished the dish in just a few minutes) and my husband took a sirloin on a boiling stone. In my opinion the piece weighed around 3 ounces, and the price was not excessive for that type of lean and high-quality meat (€18). The desserts were good (I ate the first panettone of the season, filled with Chantilly cream). Well done. We still dream of that delicious meat!!

25/08/2024: One of the best pastry shops in Biella, it offers a welcoming and very nice bar in which to enjoy a truly special breakfast or snack. The teas are also highly recommended (difficult to find so much choice!). Space winter hot chocolate. All very good.
24/08/2024: Excellent pastry shop with outdoor terrace. The Chantilly cream they produce is excellent. Gluten-free options can also be found. Courteous service.
