I discovered Pasticceria Matrem in Piazza Bologna and was thrilled! A modern and welcoming place, perfect for a sweet break. The panciol was truly a surprise: soft, delicate, and exceptionally flavorful, one of the best I've ever had. The variety of sweet and leavened pastries is also excellent, all prepared with great care. The friendly and attentive staff helps make the experience even more enjoyable. A must-see for anyone seeking quality and deliciousness in Rome. 🍩☕

A MUST-try if you're in Rome. These pangoccioli are simply too good to eat just one. Not to mention the filling, I recommend the pistachio flavor. For the quality, the prices are incredibly low. We'll definitely be back.

I've only tried the pangoccioli here but they are amazing: you can't tell how much filling there is, you can choose from various creams and even ice cream, they are also heated, the quality-price ratio is perfect.

Fuimos después de la cena y disfrutamos de los deliciosos rollitos de brioche con chispas de chocolate servidos calientes y con rellenos opcionales de crema y chocolate! La calle estaba llena de gente pasando el rato y disfrutando de los rollos y la pizza.

02/09/2025: Pizzeria with a fixed menu, but not only that. All-you-can-eat pizza by the slice. Crispy dough and generous toppings. For those who want a change and choose meat, there are excellent cuts. The place is always busy, so if you want a quiet place, this is the place to be. Fast service and friendly, discreet staff. Excellent value. Highly recommended.
