The best pan goccioli ever — soft, fresh, and full of flavor!
The only downside? You can’t get a coffee here, which is a real negative thing for such a great spot.

What can I say... there are not enough words to describe the pangoccioli di matrem, superlative. The pizzas and other desserts are also delicious! You absolutely have to try them!!

best pan goccioli i've ever had in Rome! the bun was so soft and chewy, and the filling (if you get one) compliments the texture of the bun so well, i would come back here every time i'm at Bologna station 🤓

We ate some very soft pangoccioli filled with various creams, including the evergreen Nutella, galak, bacio, pistachio, etc. I took some home for breakfast. Highly recommended, instead of the classic croissant, it is a very valid alternative.

It is a bakery that offers both savory and sweet products and among their specialties are the pangocciole!!
They are really soft, sweet and delicate at the same time. The filling is abundant and despite this it does not overwhelm the consistency and flavor of the pangocciole.
The pistachio cream is not among the best I have tried but still good. The price is about 2.50 euros filled
Good and recommended product!!

Il regno delle pangocciole farcite e fatte a mano, di notevole fattura. Buonissime, sia con la crema pasticciera, sia col pistacchio, e sublimi quelle con la Nutella. La fama c' è, e si fa anche pagare un po' più del giusto, a mio giudizio
