I'm always afraid of places famous on Instagram...they're often disappointing, with too much appearance and little substance. Matrem, on the other hand, has good products that are always fresh, freshly baked, with open-view laboratories for both sweet and savory dishes.

Great place, ordered both pizza and pangoccioli on Glovo, spectacular. Freshly made pizzas arrived still hot. Dough rated 10 out of 10. Pangoccioli were breathtaking. Congratulations!

Excellent Pangoccioli, with many different flavors. They also offer pizza by the slice. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the only downside is that parking is almost impossible if you have a car.

I have nothing to say about the product. The Pangoccioli are very good, but I have a complaint about the condition in which they arrive after ordering them from Glovo. They're all squashed and forced together, with the various fillings all over the box. I say this because out of the four times I've ordered them, they've always arrived in this condition. Otherwise, I have nothing to say, but I would reconsider the way the product is packaged for delivery.

15/02/2026: Everything was positive: friendly staff, good food, charming location just a stone's throw from Rome, this was already our second time... And to think we came here from Rome because I'd seen ads on Facebook several times... Well done, highly recommended.
08/02/2026: Delicious food, very friendly staff, and a set menu starting at €30 where you can eat until you're full. The place is surrounded by greenery. A truly wonderful experience. Try it if you can.

07/12/2025: A small, welcoming restaurant that makes you feel right at home. The homemade pasta is exceptional, and they offer gluten-free options for both pasta and pizza (the mushroom fettucine was a joy to eat!). Highly recommended for a delicious, no-frills dinner.
