Loved the squid ink pasta 🦑
Had a pinze (a small 6 slice pizza) with salmon and cream cheese which was great
For mains we had a pasta dish and the sliced beef with rocket and parmesan cheese 🧀
Both very good
Paired with a nice full bodied red wine “Ribeca”
Usually would go for a full bodied red but in Sicily have found a lot of the reds very light like a pinot Noir I think that was quite nice have something different
