Everything was beautiful, the food was good but a little too expensive.

The restaurant is elegant and modern, the food exquisite, and the service impeccable. The chef came to say goodbye at the end of the dinner—very professional!

A business dinner outdoors in this beautiful location, a farmhouse inside an equestrian center. We started with a very good aperitif, also outdoors in a dedicated area near the restaurant. The menu offers both meat and fish dishes, pizza, and some specialties like their kebab. The staff is young and very knowledgeable. The service is fast and precise, and the quality of the food is truly a surprise, especially considering the prices, which I personally find excellent for the quality of the food. The attention to selecting the raw materials is evident (and, more importantly, tasted). If you love raw meat, order their tartare without hesitation. It's delicious. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect!! We organized a last-minute brunch to celebrate the day after our wedding at Materiaprima, and everything was perfect. The manager (Nico) was very responsive, attentive, and available! He welcomed us (along with our 70 guests) in the best possible way. The location was fantastic, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed the entire afternoon, with Nico and his team always there to assist us with all our requests. I highly recommend it, thank you again!

Raw ingredients... I mean, raw, not fresh. "Algherese" paella, as pictured. We asked for a generous portion, and indeed there were 3 more mussels than usual (we left them because they weren't fresh). Among the ingredients, the sand stood out, presumably from the Adriatic, fine and grainy, just the way I like it. The waitresses were kind, but we had to ask for the menu after a 5-minute wait 😴 When it came time to pay, the 3 mussels cost €4 more than the €16 for the standard portion. A few things in particular need to be revisited: -service —> more attention to what the customer has or lacks at the table. -food —> the quality of the raw ingredients could be greatly improved, those mussels were almost inedible... there are places in the area that offer very high-quality mussels at the usual price, so you could do the same. Cleaning products, especially if they're frozen, must be done thoroughly and with care. I would have preferred to pay a little more and eat well rather than have products like this! (I'm only talking about seafood since I only tried those) -bill —> the paella portion was almost identical to the regular one, I didn't think it was very smart to charge €4 more... a waitress noticed but didn't mention it to the cashier. Summary: 2 paellas {1 considered generous but wasn't (thankfully)} 1 water 1 Coke 2 covers €48

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per il brunch della domenica. Il brunch è composto da antipasti misti, tra cui pizzette, pappa al pomodoro, formaggi, due primi, grigliata e patatine per secondo e un tris di dolci. L’antipasto e i primi sono serviti a buffet, mentre il secondo e i dolci sono serviti al tavolo. Vino bianco, rosé e rosso illimitato. Prezzo 35€ tutto compreso. Bellissimo contesto in una bella giornata di sole. Adatto anche per bambini, c’è il maneggio coi cavalli. Super consigliato.
