We have been going to this restaurant every summer for 4 years to treat ourselves. Every time it is a confirmation and a discovery of new and delicious dishes. You are welcomed and pampered, I highly recommend it.

Mangiare da Materiaprima è un'esperienza che Tutti dovrebbero fare almeno una volta nella vita. Il ristorante è carino e ben curato. L'esperienza è assolutamente un gran piacere per il palato e riecheggia per tutto il corpo. Noi abbiamo optato per il menù di 5 portate. L'antipasto di benvenuto è come un Lunapark per un bambino, magia pura e assoluta. Le quattro portate sono una più buona dell'altra, accostamenti geniali che ti portano in viaggio in giro per il mondo; a noi ha particolarmente colpito la tartare con l'uovo-non uovo (!!!). Il pre-dessert, il dessert e la mini pasticceria sono semplicemente meravigliosi, un capolavoro di precisione, minuzia, ed esplosione di gusto da far invidia ai mastri pasticceri torinesi (e lo dico da mezzosangue piemontese!). come si dice dalle nostre parti: Taaaaannnnntaaaaaa roba! Complimenti, complimenti davvero.

Professionalism and courtesy. Original dishes with tasty and delicate contents, local ingredients used with balanced creativity. The preparation of the dishes is accurate. The kitchen team and dining room staff were very good. Wine list with excellent proposals from nearby places, accompanied in the choice by precious and competent advice. An interesting experience that deserves a return to Pontinia.

One of the best restaurants I have ever tried. The menu changes continuously and there is a great desire to try local preparations and ingredients. Very often dishes are proposed with strong and decisive contrasts, and not all dishes are always 100% perfect but they almost always are. Abundant amouse bouche, excellent bread and accompaniments.
