But what I found was a gastronomic journey that took my breath away! *Ambience: 5/5* As soon as I entered, I was surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with decorations that seemed to transport me to the deck of a ship. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to explain the origins of the dishes and recommend wine pairings. *Food: 5/5* The menu was a journey around the world, with dishes ranging from the classic Italian mixed fry to the more exotic Japanese sushi. I opted for the "Catch of the Day", a very fresh cod cooked to perfection and served with a side of steamed vegetables. The flavor was explosive, with a perfect balance between the flavor of the fish and the delicacy of the vegetables. *Surprise: -1/5* The real surprise was the bill. Not because it was too high, but because it included a little "gift" from the chef: a voucher for a free meal on your next stay. A classic move to build customer loyalty, but one that still pleased me. *Verdict: 5/5* The "Re del Mare" is a restaurant that will not disappoint even the most demanding palates.
