I have lunch almost every day in this corner of good food. Roberto, like a good host, pampers you and Katia (handyman) fulfills all your requests. Special mention for the Giudia artichokes and the gricia with artichokes. Exceptional!!!

If you want to spend an evening pampered by good food and friendly and helpful table service, this is the right place. Everything is good and deserves to be tasted, fabulous Roman-style and Jewish-style artichokes, stellar first courses presented really well, tasty and traditional Roman second courses, I recommend the rolls. Five star staff. The environment is informal but still elegant and despite not being very large it is well soundproofed and allows you to chat in peace. Definitely worth more than one visit.

I had dinner with colleagues in this restaurant. As soon as you enter you go down a floor where there are two rooms for about fifty seats. The two rooms are divided by a partition. I noticed some sound-absorbing panels that avoid the annoying reverberating effect typical of pizzerias. Welcoming and well-furnished environment. There were 24 of us in the room at the back and we started with a very rich appetizer with several courses: artichokes cooked in different ways, alla giudia, fried in batter, alla romana, caponata di melanzane, supplì and much more. All well cooked and well presented. Then we threw ourselves into a second course of involtini al sugo, tagliata ai funghi, the dishes that I tried because I was already full from the rich appetizers. Someone had a first course and I was amazed by the busiati which is a typical pasta from Trapani. The staff was very kind and, as usual, I exchanged jokes with them. I would say that the location is very welcoming, the food well cooked and of quality and the staff very friendly. So I recommend it to everyone. Reservations are not mandatory, but highly recommended.

Un luogo piacevole e ben curato, piatti della tradizione Romana rivisitati e materie prime di ottima qualità. Dagli antipasti ai dolci tutto buonissimo!

Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme ad un gruppo di amici della compagnia teatrale una volta finite le prove. Il ristorante sorge nel cuore del quartiere Balduina e offre sia tavoli all'aperto che al chiuso. Questi ultimi, cosi' come bagni, cucina, bancone e sala grande, si trovano al piano di sotto scendendo le scale. La cucina offre diversi piatti della grande tradizione romana e italiana in generale, dagli antipasti ai primi fino ai dolci. Consiglio a tutti di iniziare con un degli ottimi carciofi, fatti sia alla romana che alla giudia, suppli', mozzarelle in carrozza, tortino di verdure con salsa al formaggio, caponata di melanzane e una fantastica tartare agli agrumi. Tra i primi consiglio le classiche carbonara e gricia, ma non sono niente male neanche la busiata con zucca e salsiccia e tagliatelle ai porcini. Da bere abbiamo innaffiato il tutto con dell'ottimo rosato. Il personale e' sempre molto gentile e disponibile e il rapporto qualita' prezzo decisamente proporzionato. In sintesi: CONSIGLIATO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fine restaurant and traditional Roman dishes

A welcoming and warm place, where I immediately felt at ease. The owner is friendly, professional and very attentive. Roman cuisine is delicious, with delicious fried foods and high quality dishes. Even though the place was full, the service was quick and efficient. A truly pleasant experience that I highly recommend!

I'm from the area and, as often happens, I don't usually go to restaurants in my neighborhood. However, when I decide to stay in the area I turn exclusively to their business. The place is very nice and private. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The cuisine is a real gem! It offers both Roman cuisine and some reinterpretations; I tried both and I didn't regret it at all. Excellent quality/price ratio. I honestly didn't pay attention to whether or not vegan and/or celiac-friendly solutions were offered. I highly recommend trying it because it is absolutely worth it and, I am convinced, that you will be satisfied!

Excellent Top server despite the language barrier, The pasta was a little undercooked but the sauce was just incredible I recommend this restaurant
