Good and friendly. A charming place with breathtaking views and many well-kept animals.

Four days of complete relaxation, immersed in nature. The spacious room was equipped with every comfort. The owners were attentive. What can I say...absolutely recommended.

A farmhouse in a working agricultural setting, surrounded by the simplicity and beauty typical of these places. We stayed with our 9-year-old daughter, Flavia, for a weekend, and found a family atmosphere and excellent food, simply cooked and made with top-quality ingredients. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, as was the rest of the property. We enjoyed the pool, which was a truly enjoyable experience.

I stayed at this property during a trip with my family and several other couples, all with small children. The property is well-presented and certainly has great potential thanks to its location and outdoor spaces, ideal for families with children. The view is beautiful, and there are also stables with many animals, particularly popular with children. However, the property appears neglected and poorly maintained. The rooms, while spacious and aesthetically pleasing, are rather bare and lacking in comfort: there was a toy hairdryer, a mini bar of soap meant to serve three people, a loose toilet seat, and a particularly sagging mattress with different pillows. Unfortunately, cleanliness also didn't live up to expectations. The room floor hadn't been washed in a while, and there was a lot of dust here and there. In short, on several occasions we noticed a lack of attention to detail. After a dip in the pool, we were left without hot water, as the entire property, with its many available rooms, uses a single boiler. Breakfast is particularly simple: a couple of donuts, a tart, and a few toasts. You'd expect more from a property like this. We also tried the restaurant, and the food was good (there are also excellent cuts of home-grown meat), and we really appreciated that the owner let us stay by the pool after checkout. In short, the property is beautiful and has tremendous potential, but there's a lot of work to do to improve the service and cleanliness, perhaps starting with guest feedback. So, it's all very rough around the edges, and I don't think it's worth the €150 (per night) we spent.

Only three nights (unfortunately!), from August 10th to 13th, in this oasis of peace and nature. The masseria's location is beautiful, the view from the large window of the spacious room is beautiful, and the sounds and sounds of nature are wonderful. All the spaces available to guests are beautiful. If you add the warm welcome from owners Beniamino and Paola and Filomena, the friendliness of little Bibi, and the tenderness of a super cuddly dog like Whiskey, you can't help but want to return!
