Masseria la Duchessa In Veglie

We stayed in the week of August! In the countryside but 10 minutes from Punta Prosciutto, friendliness and customer care from the owners top marks! Lovely quiet and fresh place, really nice rooms with all the comforts and impeccable cleanliness. THERE IS NO CHAOS AND NOISE....only tranquility, peace and silence. Maximum attention towards customers... they even booked the bathing establishment for us. We will never forget how Mrs. Pietrina and her son Marco pampered us! We can't wait to go back.

Clean, modern rooms, large bathroom. It is a farmhouse with a restaurant, if you are looking for the atmosphere of an authentic farmhouse this is not it. We had dinner at the restaurant in the beautiful (fresh) garden: good food, good service! Breakfast absolutely needs to be improved, little choice, always the same cakes offered for too many consecutive days...

A truly beautiful place, it is an old farmhouse renovated with taste, in the dining room you can admire the star-shaped ceiling left with exposed stone, as it is the former stable on the side you can still glimpse the manger, in summer you can also eat outside It opens onto a beautiful lawn, the place is quiet and a few kilometers from the sea.

Location surrounded by greenery, well looked after, combined with typical Salento cuisine which makes this place an absolutely unmissable stop.

We organized dinner for my daughter's confirmation, the dinner was delicious with typical dishes and great classics such as grilled meat, we organized it remotely without the slightest problem, truly a recommended place both in terms of the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff
