Sunday lunch, two people. We decided to eat at Masseria Gentile that we already knew, the wait to request the first course was not exactly fast indeed....
After we ordered we waited a long time to have the first course and just as long to receive the second
The food was good but nothing exceptional
Pasta portions were skimpy compared to the habits of the area. Service to be improved a lot a lot a lot
I would say that if I were to return I would think about it.

Frequento la zona da un po' di anni e ho visitato parecchi ristoranti e devo dire che questo ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative
Cameriere molto professionale e gentile.
Cibo ottimo a cominciare dai deliziosi bocconcini di pane pizza, abbiamo poi preso dei frittini decisamente superiori a quelli provati in altri ristoranti della zona e un antipasto solo terra anch'esso molto buono
Abbiamo continuato con dell'arrosto misto ed anche qui devo sottolineare la qualità decisamente migliore di quanto provato altrove
Da non trascurare l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Insomma questo ristorante mi ha riconciliato con la cucina dei ristoranti locali
Lo consiglio sicuramente

A pleasant surprise! We decided to book at Masseria Gentile as we hadn't been there yet after the change of management. It was a pleasant surprise! Renovated place with refined and minimal furnishings that perfectly matches the style of the structure, super helpful and kind staff and very good food. We tried a simple homemade fry and two delicious pizzas! Super recommended place, ideal for dinners with friends and for parties and events!

Buonissimi and Bellissimi!! As the name "Gentile", staff was nice and kind, not just original vegan dish "Fava e Chicorie" , arranged vegan for " Pappaldelle ai funghi silani(Porcini leccesi)" with vege-grigliata🥰 my hubby LOVED their decor, the style of pietra leccese, and prepared pizza from forno a legno even only him ordered! Felt very special at the first time in Lecce at this romantic beautiful place💖
