Masseria Costa In Corigliano d'otranto

We stayed at Masseria Costa for three days and had a wonderful time. Even though we had special dietary needs, they readily offered us customized options, which we greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional, the room was lovely, and the staff were truly wonderful. We can't wait to return!

Restaurant review. We ate traditional dishes with a twist, but excellent; the quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite. The mixed antipasto alone is worth a visit to this beautiful masseria. Amazing value, to say the least. Truly excellent.

Overall a great experience, we stayed in one of the rooms and it was very clean and fresh. We had a wine offered as aperitivo and a great breakfast, only thing that should be considered is that it is not very quiet. The window of our room was connected to the entrance of the restaurant and therefore you could hear people all evening. Also from 8:15 the music started in the morning in the restaurant and at 00:00 at night you get awaken from your sleep by the staff racing down the street next to our room to go home after their shift. (These last two factors could be taken into consideration by the staff to better). Besides this a lovely experience.

A farmhouse with an ancient feel, but with delicious food and traditional Salento dishes expertly modernized. The food is divine, and the atmosphere is romantic and tranquil. A great find, highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
