We visited Masseria Cinque Santi and had the best experience of our holiday. We booked a private pasta cooking class which was led by Consiglia a local lady who is a real pasta making expert. We also met Lina who’s family has run the Masseria for three generation's. Antonio was welcoming us and translating Consiglias instructions and feedback. The pasta making was great fun and we learnt lots, then Consiglia cooked the pasta while we went for a walk and tour of the farm, it was also so interesting learning about their local tradition and trade, they also offer cheese making and olive oil tasting experiences. Everyone we met was so knowledgable and passionate about the Masseria and what they do, it was so wholesome and by far our favourite thing we’ve ever done in Italy. Would highly recommend spending the money, learning something new and making memories.
