We found ourselves on a typical rainy September day, exploring the Brentonico Valley, and decided to have lunch at Maso Palù. A truly excellent choice. The atmosphere was very intimate, and the restaurant was meticulously maintained. We ordered beef tartar and crouton with local cheese and black truffle, both excellent. We continued with tagliolini with truffle, made to perfection, and a revisited canederlo, which truly delighted us. For our second course, we tried duck breast, cooked perfectly. For dessert, we chose a white chocolate mousse with pine ice cream and a crumble, very interesting and the perfect end to lunch. The bitter wine and coffee were also excellent. A memorable lunch and a very pleasant bill. Highly recommended.

We arrived too late for lunch, but we got tiramisu and apple strudel to go with our latte and cappuccino. Everything was delicious 😋, and the drinks were only €2 each.

Located in a very beautiful valley of Brentonico , you can find this absolute gem. We visited the restaurant during a rainy day and we left positively surprised. You can choose between tasting menu and a la cart. We took two starters , two first , one main and one desert. Recommended: tartar, crostone with black truffle , amazing canederli , very tasty tagliolini with truffle,nicely cooked duck breast and fantastic dessert- white chicco mouse, pine ice cream and crumble … A must go! The prices are great! Worth to be visited!

We took the full tasting menu and it was the best food we had during our trip in Italy. Staff is very attentive, food is delicious and at a very reasonable price compared to the amount of dishes served. It seemed quite busy when we visited so perhaps a reservation during the weekend is needed beforehand.

Found through the Michelin app (Bibi Gourmand). Excellent restaurant, culinary highlights based on local ingredients. The service is attentive and welcoming in an authentic setting. The drive there is already beautiful!
