I have known this restaurant since it opened, and I have always returned over time, seeing all its evolution and always leaving me happy at the end of dinner. This time after not coming back for a long time I left without a wow. We always eat well and I hope it always stays that way.🥢 I found the service a little inattentive and slow, the dishes a little flat in flavour, making the wow effect that I have always loved in this place over time disappear. The quality can be felt but the balance of flavors is not, I was a little disappointed. Maybe I just had a bad day which can happen, the next time I come back I hope to find the wow again. 🙃😋

Entering the Masa is like immersing yourself in a corner of modernity and stylistic research: the environment is welcoming, with modern furnishings and Japanese-style seating in the innermost room, where the atmosphere becomes even more intimate. The Masa staff is always friendly and smiling, ready to answer any doubts or requests regarding food intolerances. This is not the classic all-you-can-eat restaurant; the menu is refined and includes delicious options such as Kobe meat, which further elevates the culinary experience. As for our choice, we opted for the seafood rice and teriyaki chicken – both dishes were flavorful and well-executed, demonstrating noticeably higher quality than the AYCE classics. Next, we selected a boat with an assortment of sushi and sashimi; I can confidently say that their sashimi has become my benchmark, far surpassing anything else I've tasted so far. In conclusion, I can only recommend the Masa, especially for the exceptional quality of the fish. Although the prices may be higher than average, the quality offered justifies every euro spent. Masa is not just a restaurant, it is a true gastronomic experience that distinguishes itself from others, guaranteeing an unforgettable experience
