Mas dela Fam In Trento

The restaurant is located on the provincial road that leads from Rovereto to Rovina. Shortly after the town of Romagnano, you can see the road leading to "Mas della Fam" on the left. After parking the car, we walked a short stretch of cobblestone road to the restaurant entrance, where we were greeted kindly and cordially, I presume, by the owner, who escorted us to our table. Shortly afterward, the waiter joined us, who kindly took our order. We ordered two appetizers, one of which was potato tortello with cabbage and mixed cold cuts. I must say the tortello was very good, of which there were actually two, and the cold cuts were excellent and fresh. The second course was Carne Salda (salted meat), also accompanied by cabbage and shavings of excellent Grana Parmigiano cheese. Drink 1/2 liter of still water and two glasses of Altemadi Brut vintage white wine, which accompanied the two first courses of Baccalà dei Frati with Storo polenta. To call them excellent is to understate the product... definitely worth repeating... If you want to spend an evening in a truly peaceful setting, in a location where you can enjoy the view of the Adige Valley, savoring delicious and excellent dishes, I highly recommend it. The menu, of course, offers a truly delicious and interesting variety. What can I say? Oh... I forgot, also because when you've had a good time and are satisfied, the bill is the last thing you pay... and anyway. The cost per person, including appetizer, first course, water, wine, and coffee, is only slightly more than you'd pay for a good pizza and beer. I recommend it. Treat yourself and try it. Delicious food and friendly service!

Charming and welcoming place. Good service. We went especially for the Fiorentina steak, which was listed on the menu and the website, but wasn't available. Too bad. We settled for two excellent meat dishes. Maybe next time (but we'll call first).

Super nice place with nice ambiance and food

A large renovated farmhouse just minutes from the toll booth. Traditional Trentino cuisine with a few modern twists, generous portions, and an excellent wine selection. The canederli are among the best I've had in the area!

Lunch with friends during the week at the end of August. The service was friendly. The dishes were very well received. The tuna was very tasty, the cheek was very tender, and the tagliata (rare) was also good. I'll gladly return.

Everything is always delicious. Friendly and attentive service. We always stop here when we're passing through on the A22 motorway.

I returned to this restaurant with my family and we dined in the garden, overlooking the Adige Valley. The place is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Excellent food. Very friendly staff.

This restaurant is located just outside Trento, surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle, and offers a beautiful view of the plain. The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared, and I'm truly satisfied.
