A dream of juicy, crispy sourdough pizza… from their own fields, organically grown grains like rye, spelt, and wheat, whose flours are used to make pizza and pasta doughs and pastries. And to top it all off, the best local beer from Nopphof. Fantastic, and always a pleasure!

Great staff and pizza. Diavola was the best I’ve had in a while for a good price, definitely should add Nduja to this pizza as standard, it’s very good quality and taste. 👍

Absolutely love Marxnkeller. We discovered this tucked-away gem about three years ago, and it has since become our favorite pizzeria and restaurant during our ski trips to Obereggen. Max, the owner and chef, is incredibly accommodating and friendly, and his food is consistently outstanding. It is always the first choice for my children when they are asked where they want to eat.
On our first visit, we tried the traditional South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen, a type of ravioli made with rye and spelt flour and filled with spinach and ricotta, served in the most delicious browned butter and sage sauce. It quickly became our favorite dish, and the chef even shared the authentic recipe with us so we could make it at home. It is still one of our favorite family meals. Unfortunately, this dish is not on the menu anymore, but everything else tastes just as good.
We are always excited to return to Marxnkeller, and I recommend it with great pleasure. Definitely reserve a table in advance.

A truly positive experience in every way. Truly excellent pizza, from the dough to the top-quality ingredients. Every bite exudes care and passion. The owners are incredibly kind and friendly, making you feel right at home. This place definitely deserves 5 stars and a visit.
