Nice place, but the new management leaves a bit to be desired... bartender uncertain... if you don't know how to make a cocktail tell me I'll get something else... the buffet is large and varied even if it looks a bit worn... in my defense I can say I came late... half an hour before closing... last sore point the staff arguing among themselves loudly which always creates inconvenience... for the rest the place is very nice and very comfortable and the quality of the products always excellent, the prices reasonable for the product

A 4-day stay in Florence, with a very pleasant surprise: the daily breakfast, incredibly friendly staff, excellent pastries and coffee at unbeatable prices, all in a lovely setting 👍. If you're looking for a convivial experience, I highly recommend it. +++

A lovely place to relax with a wide selection of pastries at very affordable prices. The coffee is simply delicious. I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful place for breakfast. We come to Florence two or three times a year, and it's become a must-visit. It's a place from another era, elegant and clean, with very friendly staff. The pastries, coffees, cappuccinos, and sandwiches are very good. Prices are moderate. Highly recommended for those who enjoy breakfast, especially if you're looking for something to see, feel, and taste.
