The staff at front desk was so nice and very helpful with our early arrival. I have stayed at MGM at least a dozen times and always have clean rooms. I also love the restaurant choices and the ease of getting around the casino. However this time, the smoke in the casino was really bad. I am definitely considering my next stay at somewhere with a smoke free casino. Also, I would be so happy if MGM would "retire" David Copperfield. Good Lord, he has wore his welcome out. Also, the Pool should only be for guest only. It was so crowded on the lazy river we could not even float. This area is chaos!!! And also, not sure if they realize that when people pay $21 for a solo cup drink by the pool, they probably don't have any money left to gamble with. This is totally ridiculous. I remember in the late 80's I paid $4 for a pina coloda by the pool. I also did NOT pay $23.95 for the Philly Cheese steak sandwich in the food court. I don't see how anyone can afford to gamble while on vacation here.

My stay MGM was wonderful as usual. The bed and pillows are relaxing to comfort my back and neck. Also, I pre-ordered room service with the hotel credit I received and it arrived on time and properly prepared. MGM is definitely one of my go to stays when I'm in Las Vegas!

First time staying here and I loved it. Excellent location and fascinating pools.

Great place to stay , nice spacious rooms. All services including water in room is paid . Expensive .

When you complain about the facility It's in our society not to take care of anything /respect Before years ago They did not trash things out Because you only had a few pairs of shoes not 100 coming from China you took care of it You had both dad and mom Making you clean It's us people not them

Love the MGM. I always stay here

Copperfield show is getting on in years, but was still entertaining.

It's a great place to see a concert, but charging $50 to park there, is beyond ridiculous!
