What can I say? Wonderful place, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and spotlessly clean rooms, excellent food, and fair prices for the service. I highly recommend it. A 10/10.

This is our second time here. The gnocchi with venison absolutely captivated us – absolutely delicious – and the Wiener schnitzel is second to none. The service was excellent, friendly, and fast. Highly recommended.

A fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. Fresh pizzas and a great menu. The rooms are perfect and very clean.

We stayed at the Martinerhof for a total of 10 days. What we loved: Very clean rooms (we were lucky that our room in the main building was at the back with a sunny balcony). Super friendly and fast service. Absolutely uncomplicated booking. Extremely delicious food in the brewery and delicious, home-brewed beer. Free bus service to Merano. Free entry to the swimming pool and sauna. Discount at the Merano Thermal Baths. Good location (close to the town center, close to the bus stop, within walking distance to the supermarket, 35 minutes to Merano). What we didn't like: The breakfast is unfortunately not very extensive and a bit monotonous. The hotel is on the street, so if you have a room at the back it's great, but it's definitely noisy at the front. Because the parking spaces are also used for the restaurant, the parking situation isn't ideal. The hotel is quite noisy; as soon as the cleaning staff starts in the morning, you're awake. All in all, we definitely recommend the hotel!

Sleeping in a mountain lodge where excellent beer is produced is a dream come true! Excellent location for exploring the area and a great starting point for various high-altitude hikes and more. Just a stone's throw from the small village of San Martino, a car is practically unnecessary; the bus stop is right in front, providing easy access to major points of interest and starting points for various excursions. The staff are friendly and helpful; you feel welcomed and cared for. The room is spacious and clean (the only shame is the mattress wasn't very comfortable), and the bathroom is new, large, and functional. A well-stocked sweet and savory breakfast is served. Directly across the street, you have free access to the well-maintained swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. A special mention goes to the legendary Walter, a wise and disarmingly friendly guide; for us, he was an added bonus, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local tradition and way of life. Another shout-out to the Brewmaster, who produces truly delicious and well-crafted beers (mostly in the traditional Bavarian style)! In short, if you're looking for a holiday immersed in nature, offering complete relaxation but also a sporty experience for all levels (from absolute beginners to expert brewers), this is the place to be!
