Well, what can I say? Speck heaven, and much more! Every time I'm in Trentino Alto Adige, I stop by to buy some of their excellent products. They have a wide selection, and the staff is always available to offer advice. Plus, it's also a bar and bistro, so you can have lunch. This time, I opted for the venison goulash and dumplings, excellent!
