A wide selection of speck, cheeses, and various local products at affordable prices, ideal for gifts. The selection of beers and spirits is also good. Martin's Speck also has a bar for coffee or aperitifs. The modern facility has ample parking on the ground floor.

Well, what can I say? Speck heaven, and much more! Every time I'm in Trentino Alto Adige, I stop by to buy some of their excellent products. They have a wide selection, and the staff is always available to offer advice. Plus, it's also a bar and bistro, so you can have lunch. This time, I opted for the venison goulash and dumplings, excellent!

Large selection of bacon and cheese. It's just a shame we couldn't try any. It certainly wouldn't be a bad thing, because then you know what you like. Everything is very clean.

01/03/2025: Solo unas cuatro mesas dentro de un comedor restaurado o recreado del siglo XVII. Piensa en cenar aquí como ir al teatro. Es una experiencia de 3 horas. El servicio es amable y eficiente. Creo que conocimos a todos en el equipo ejecutivo del restaurante más importante el chef. La comida es perfecta y cada plato viene con su propio conjunto de la zona. Clase mundial.
29/01/2025: Essen als Erlebnis, echt super Service, alle Gerichte und jeder Wein super erklärt. Kochen auf aller höchstem Niveau! Qualität der Produkte mehrmals hervorragend!

25/06/2025: Reviewing just the restaurant. Found this place by accident. It is a bit off the main road thus a really relaxing and quiet place. Food was excellent as was the service. I can really recommend this place.
