Last night I had the San Giuseppe cream puffs, they were only left in the oven but I must say that they were exceptional, I really wanted to compliment the pastry chef who gave them a score of 10!!!!! Very good perfect cream but also very light cream puff dough top

Per me un mito, aperti sempre, e con ottima colazione, e pasticcini. La parte colazione e mini paste notevolissimo, la parte torte, molte buonissime, poche buone, pochissime così e così. Ottime colombe e uova, personale cortesissimo, ambiente accogliente. Diciamo che mi faccio una bella camminata ma la colazione è sempre da loro, e di bar in zona e vicini a casa, ci sono ... Provare per credere (la crema pasticciera sembra quella fatta a casa !)

07/04/2024: The best carbonara I ate in Rome, truly exceptional!
28/03/2024: We went to eat there this afternoon and ordered pasta carbonara. Honestly, it's a small bistro that has nothing special but despite all the pasta carbonaras I've eaten in my life, this was certainly among the best! The Guanciale was perfectly cooked, the pasta fresh and the portion just right (contrary to the comment from 5 years ago saying that it is only suitable for a 45kg woman. I am a good eater myself and it is amply sufficient and logical as a portion). Delicious, I recommend.
