Minimal location in every sense. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff whose crown jewel is Anna. Chef Domenico was very helpful and equally good and delighted us with excellent dishes, full of special preparations and local raw materials. Negative notes: the entrées were too "vegetable" and lacking in consistency. The desserts were good but not very sweet, in our opinion a little sugar was missing to end the meal in the best possible way. Best dish: the cod starter.

Today I went to this restaurant for the first time. Top welcome. Anna is extraordinary and above all very polite and kind, the chef is also very attentive to details. The food is unique and above all very good. The route with wine pairing is highly recommended. Top in everything

Location minimal in tutti i sensi. Personale molto cortese e preparato che ha nella figura di Anna la sua punta di diamante. Chef Domenico molto disponibile e altrettanto bravo che ci ha deliziato con ottimi piatti, ricchi di preparazioni particolari e materie prime del territorio. Note negative: le entrée erano troppo "vegetali" e prive di consistenza. I dolci erano buoni ma non molto dolci, a nostro parere mancava un pò di zucchero per terminare il pasto al meglio. Piatto migliore: l'antipasto al merluzzo.

Lovely small and quiet restaurant located in an unsuspecting area. What perhaps is lacking in atmosphere (a bit sterile) is made up ten folds by the excellent staffs attention to detail. Each plate is very creative and delicious. The connection and appreciation to nature was greatly felt and appreciated! Will definitely return, next time with friends!

We were welcomed kindly...well-prepared room with 5 tables. We opted for a 7-course tasting menu....we were told that in the seven courses we could include some dishes with the white truffle from Molise. We decide to include one and order a glass of Brunello di Montalcino wine each. We are served less than a finger for each glass and I will attach the photo to give a better idea. Very good food with a lot of research into the vegetable part. Obviously after 10 minutes we had finished the drop of wine in our glass and the waitress poured us another half a finger each without us even asking. The super tasty dishes continue when towards the end you hear some waiters arguing in a room next door with a woman's voice above the others... quite embarrassing. Once the courses are finished with dessert and small pastries, I ask for the bill. I receive a bill charging 4 glasses of wine for 80 euros... without words. I don't like arguing in general, let alone in a place with a Michelin star. I pay and we leave, the very kind and polite chef comes to greet us and we go down the stairs. As we are about to leave the same waitress who served us runs after us saying that she had forgotten to charge 18 euros for the grated truffles on top of the egg... obviously I pay without saying a word and I go away shocked and disappointed not by the food but by a truly unprofessional management of the dining room staff and I write this because if we don't write it here that poor chef knows nothing about what happens in the dining room and will lose customers and reputation. I hope this serves to encourage the team to do better.

I could summarize this review in just one consideration: among all the restaurants I have had the opportunity to visit in the world, for the first time I have not had the opportunity to make a single criticism on a single dish that did not meet my taste. The chef, Domenico Marotta, does what every chef should do: use recognizable ingredients, enhance them and present a tasty dish without wanting to amaze at all costs, forgetting what good food is, which as the name suggests, must be good , first of all, before even appearing, fully succeeding. His dishes have traveled between starred cuisines, even reaching Asia (the references to Japanese cuisine are evident), and then returning to where it all began, at home: the flavor of memories (some gems cannot be found elsewhere), transformed into gourmet keys it is, in my opinion, the element that distinguishes it and the best cuisine possible. An exhilarating experience. The dining room staff is no exception, with an attention to certain details that I have rarely encountered in other restaurants. The wine list is extensive and curated, and the sommelier Anna is attentive and punctual in suggesting the perfect pairing. I rarely spend time on such detailed reviews, but this is one of those cases where it's really worth it. Compliments.

Positive experience in a welcoming and quiet place. Domenico Mariotta creates and composes refined, innovative, harmonious and tasty dishes, the result of his vision and creativity. In there you can certainly recognize his passion for local products but also refined Asian ideas, pleasantly combined. The Maitre and Sommelier Anna Coppola is also good at presenting the dishes and recommending excellent local wines and oils.

25/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante insieme ad una coppia di amici a pranzo. Pienamente soddisfatti della nostra scelta, la selezione di antipasti è di grande livello, sopra ogni cosa consiglio di provare Zebò: un perfetto equilibrio tra sapori e consistenze! Ottime le polpette, Nonna Maria meriterebbero un campionato a parte. Il risotto porcini e tartufo tra i migliori mai mangiati. Molto particolare la possibilità di scegliere il tavolo con griglia per gustare l’ottima selezione di carni. Il tris di zucca come contorno decisamente gustoso. La selezione di dolci è ricca e sono tutti buonissimi. Meritano una menzione a margine il personale di sala e il proprietario che si distinguono per gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
22/01/2025: Second time I go to this place, because I like it. However, I have to note some things that have left me perplexed and which I hope will make the managers think. Both times we had the €45 tasting menu which includes: 2 options of meatballs of your choice, the grilled option and a dessert of your choice (as they say but we will be back).. I have to note that between the first and second time we have noticed a drastic drop in the amount of ember path. 6 small pieces of meat (2 x type) from Japanese restaurant. High quality I recognize, but too little! But the must comes on the dessert. Already from the first time I had noticed their aversion to offering the chocolate log, even though it was on the coupon. The first time they told me it wasn't there, only to then brazenly take it to the table next to mine! Therefore, moved by sound principles, eager to enjoy lunch and hospitality first of all, I asked him (my wife actually) for 1 log and another dessert. Same script, there isn't. Shortly afterwards I order it separately for my daughter and it arrives. Obviously I'm not surprised because I understood the cunning and shouting of those who manage it. I point it out and in defense they tell me that the winter menu doesn't include it. That's not true, because I downloaded it just 1 week ago. And I know from other people's reviews that magically some diners had it. So they made fun of me 3 times. To conclude, the restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately poorly managed, because these are low-end restaurant spots. I suggest that the managers take better care of the customer because the customer in a pretentious restaurant looks at certain things. If I had been in their place I would have apologized, but no. Between one thing and another, on 2 occasions I left him €130 each. Quite a few considering that my little girl eats pasta with sauce. I wish I was treated better! Maybe I'll come back for another chance, hoping that they will take advantage of the advice.
