The experience at the Marmotta Restaurant was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with great warmth. Anna, the room manager, personally waited for us in the car park, immediately making us feel like special guests. After a brief presentation of the structure - which is divided into two distinct areas, one dedicated to events and the other to haute cuisine - we sat down in a room with a minimalist, elegant and intimate design, embellished with a few well-spaced tables and a delicate "spring" effect that I particularly appreciated for the comfort and intimate atmosphere it creates. We started the evening with an aperitif recommended by the house: a Trento DOC rosé bubble accompanied by surprising amuse-bouche, among which the creamed fish sandwich between two very thin wafers and hidden in a vase of bay leaves stands out, a small masterpiece of technique and creativity. We then chose the seven-course tasting menu, paired with an Etna Rosso: it was a succession of emotions and discoveries. Each dish told a story, with a cuisine that focuses on the absolute quality of the raw materials, favoring small local producers and highly selected seasonal ingredients. The search for authentic flavors and the ability to enhance them with elegance and respect were evident in every tasting, the result of the creativity and inspiration of chef Domenico and his kitchen team. Special praise also goes to the dining room service, impeccable and never intrusive, professional, attentive and capable of making every moment pleasant and spontaneous. We are grateful for having been able to live this experience of taste, elegance and sincere hospitality. We can't wait to return.

It is my third experience and every time it is always MASTERFUL, chef Marotta manages to transform dishes with simple ingredients into true artistic masterpieces with a soft, refined taste prepared with excellence. Extreme attention to detail. A real treat on the palate. Impeccable service.

La cucina dello Chef Marotta , una persona gentile e senza ombra di presunzione, ti sorprende grazie alla presenza di numerose parti vegetali dalle quali non ti aspetti quel carattere. Presentazione dei piatti sempre curata nei dettagli. La mia preferenza va al merluzzo. Fantastico. A fare da cornice a tutto questo ,la bravura di Anna, la Sommelier che ha saputo accompagnare tutta la cena con la sua presenza costante e mai invadente. Pronta a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Grazie Dodo per la tua kombucha ai 7 pepi. Spettacolare. Ci torno volentieri ,ma a pranzo per godere della vista!

Minimal location in every sense. Very courteous and prepared staff whose star is Anna. Chef Domenico very helpful and equally good who delighted us with excellent dishes, rich in particular preparations and local raw materials. Negative notes: the entrées were too "vegetable" and lacking in consistency. The desserts were good but not very sweet, in our opinion a little sugar was missing to end the meal at its best. Best dish: the cod appetizer.

Today for the first time I was in this restaurant. Top welcome. Anna is extraordinary and above all very polite and kind, the chef very attentive to details. The food is special and above all very good. Highly recommended the wine pairing itinerary. Top in everything
