La cucina dello Chef Marotta , una persona gentile e senza ombra di presunzione, ti sorprende grazie alla presenza di numerose parti vegetali dalle quali non ti aspetti quel carattere. Presentazione dei piatti sempre curata nei dettagli.
La mia preferenza va al merluzzo.
Fantastico.
A fare da cornice a tutto questo ,la bravura di Anna, la Sommelier che ha saputo accompagnare tutta la cena con la sua presenza costante e mai invadente.

Minimal location in every sense. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff whose crown jewel is Anna. Chef Domenico was very helpful and equally good and delighted us with excellent dishes, full of special preparations and local raw materials. Negative notes: the entrées were too "vegetable" and lacking in consistency. The desserts were good but not very sweet, in our opinion a little sugar was missing to end the meal in the best possible way. Best dish: the cod starter.

Location minimal in tutti i sensi. Personale molto cortese e preparato che ha nella figura di Anna la sua punta di diamante. Chef Domenico molto disponibile e altrettanto bravo che ci ha deliziato con ottimi piatti, ricchi di preparazioni particolari e materie prime del territorio. Note negative: le entrée erano troppo "vegetali" e prive di consistenza. I dolci erano buoni ma non molto dolci, a nostro parere mancava un pò di zucchero per terminare il pasto al meglio. Piatto migliore: l'antipasto al merluzzo.

Lovely small and quiet restaurant located in an unsuspecting area. What perhaps is lacking in atmosphere (a bit sterile) is made up ten folds by the excellent staffs attention to detail. Each plate is very creative and delicious. The connection and appreciation to nature was greatly felt and appreciated! Will definitely return, next time with friends!

We were welcomed kindly...well-prepared room with 5 tables. We opted for a 7-course tasting menu....we were told that in the seven courses we could include some dishes with the white truffle from Molise. We decide to include one and order a glass of Brunello di Montalcino wine each. We are served less than a finger for each glass and I will attach the photo to give a better idea. Very good food with a lot of research into the vegetable part. Obviously after 10 minutes we had finished the drop of wine in our glass and the waitress poured us another half a finger each without us even asking. The super tasty dishes continue when towards the end you hear some waiters arguing in a room next door with a woman's voice above the others... quite embarrassing.
Once the courses are finished with dessert and small pastries, I ask for the bill. I receive a bill charging 4 glasses of wine for 80 euros... without words. I don't like arguing in general, let alone in a place with a Michelin star. I pay and we leave, the very kind and polite chef comes to greet us and we go down the stairs. As we are about to leave the same waitress who served us runs after us saying that she had forgotten to charge 18 euros for the grated truffles on top of the egg... obviously I pay without saying a word and I go away shocked and disappointed not by the food but by a truly unprofessional management of the dining room staff and I write this because if we don't write it here that poor chef knows nothing about what happens in the dining room and will lose customers and reputation. I hope this serves to encourage the team to do better.
