03/03/2025: At AlpiNN, Norbert Niederkofler’s philosophy isn’t just reflected in the food—it defines the entire experience. We had The View experience, an exceptionally well-crafted tasting menu paired with both great wines and an excellent non-alcoholic pairing menu. Each dish showcased a deep respect for local ingredients and Alpine tradition, making for a truly memorable culinary journey. Beyond the food, the setting itself was breathtaking. The restaurant’s panoramic mountain views, combined with the sight of paragliders soaring past, added an almost surreal quality to the meal. It’s an ideal spot for a lunch break during a day of skiing at Kronplatz, offering both relaxation and inspiration in equal measure. Adding to the experience was the outstanding service. The staff were not only highly professional but also warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their passion for the cuisine and careful attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and enhanced our appreciation of every dish and pairing. A must-visit for anyone seeking a unique and elevated dining experience in the heart of the Dolomites!
