Completely renovated venue, capacity more than doubled. Delicious flour, it would be nice to find it in small pans so that it is always piping hot. Everything else always very good. Thanks for the vegan cheese substitute. It's a good start, but there are much better products than Violife, even from small companies in the region (I can't name names here). Punctual service provided by very nice people.

Locale spartano , situato vicino alla stazione di Lavagna . Personale gentile. Qualità / prezzo , nella media . Pizza buona , molte varietà nel menu . Delusione per il tagliere vegetariano, con due pezzi di torte salate , qualche verdura e una mozzarella a 18 euro . Varietà di dolci , anche essi nella media

Very good pizza and farinata, they also have vegetable cheese, one of the few pizzerias in the area. I would push more on this thing because there is a notable margin for evolution (see vegetable cheeses from the cashew factory in Genoa or Fermaggio in Rome, or Veghu). Very friendly and helpful staff!

09/10/2024: We went for dinner, unfortunately arriving late due to inconveniences, we were welcomed very well by the kind and knowledgeable staff. We tried some appetizer tastings, normal ones and one gluten-free one. We had the EXCELLENT pizza, the fish dishes, all very good. COMPLIMENTS
06/10/2024: Good food, not great for my tastes because it has too many sauces that hide the true flavor of the fish. I'm a traditionalist but curious to try. In this case the whole thing didn't meet my tastes... more suitable for foreigners who are looking for VIP locations but perhaps don't know better quality alternatives as they don't live in Italy. Quantities reduced to the bone as is classic in French cuisine. Honestly, I don't consider the price/experience ratio to be positive. That said, for those who want to make an impression in a chic place with very high-priced menus... this location is ideal.

08/03/2025: Food was fantastic. Had octapus salad and caponata salad + busata (pasta) with sardines and couscous with mixed seadood. Good service, recommend highly!
