My wife, Francesca, and I went to eat at the Maree restaurant on Via Serisso in Trapani. Today, Friday the 17th, I was honestly a little worried. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with great courtesy. We had two truly delicious fried fish dishes, as were the waiters: the chef Bortolo (I hope I'm not mistaken) was very professional and kind, and the aunt who was at the counter was very kind. If we return to Trapani in the future, we will return to this restaurant.

The bruschetta alla trapanese was good, then we had 2 first courses, the sauces were good but the pasta was overcooked, a shame for both us and the restaurant owners, the pasta should be a little al dente, not overcooked, the price was right.
