We came to dinner here for the first time. The key point of the restaurant is the attention to detail: soft lighting, mise en place, plating and above all the friendliness and skill of the staff. The dishes are stratospheric, fish cooked to perfection and very tasty. The choice of wines is also vast I will return soon! Thank you so much for this beautiful experience❣️

I went to this restaurant for two consecutive nights while I was in Bolzano for work, and I must say it was a very pleasant discovery. The first night I opted for a fish dish, in particular the pasta allo scoglio: really very good, tasty and well cooked. The second night I also wanted to try the pizzeria, and I was impressed: the pizza was among the best I have ever eaten, with a light dough and perfect cooking. The staff was always competent, kind and attentive. Surely, when I return to Bolzano for work, it will be a pleasure to return to this restaurant. Highly recommended!

It's a shame about the wait and the waiters' mistakes with the orders, otherwise it would be a really nice little place... a little more light would allow you to see what you're eating...

Die wohl beste Pizza, die ich in den letzten Jahren hatte. Man merkt, dass mit frischen und absolut hochwertigen Produkten gearbeitet wird. Der Pizzateig war einfach “perfekt”! Weiter so, wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Delicious food and very kind staff. Despite the time, we arrived at 11.30pm, we received excellent service. The tuna tartar and the shellfish risotto are highly recommended.

Il ristorante Marechiaro sorprenderà il vostro palato e vi regalerà una sensazione di benessere grazie al suo ambiente rilassante, con colonne sonore davvero top! Menù variegato, con ottimi piatti di pesce, di carne e una pizza favolosa con prodotti di alta qualità; ampia selezione di vini. Ho assaggiato sia menù pesce che pizza e devo dire che sono rimasta sempre super soddisfatta dai sapori autentici e mediterranei. Atmosfera rilassante da condividere sia in coppia sia con amici. I titolari sono molto cordiali e in generale tutto lo staff è professionale, attento ai dettagli e alle coccole rivolte ai clienti. Che dire, se volete provare un pranzo o una cena e rimanere piacevolmente sorpresi, non potete non provare il ristorante Marechiaro. Super consigliato!
