It's a shame about the wait and the waiters' mistakes with the orders, otherwise it would be a really nice little place... a little more light would allow you to see what you're eating...

Die wohl beste Pizza, die ich in den letzten Jahren hatte. Man merkt, dass mit frischen und absolut hochwertigen Produkten gearbeitet wird. Der Pizzateig war einfach “perfekt”! Weiter so, wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Delicious food and very kind staff. Despite the time, we arrived at 11.30pm, we received excellent service. The tuna tartar and the shellfish risotto are highly recommended.

The food was great but the service was really below the expectations for such a restaurant which is Michelin Stars rated. We really had to wait for a long time to place the order, for our food and as well for the bill. They did not even manage to serve all the dishes at the same time. One of us had a primi piatti and two of us had a pizza. Normally you serve the primi piatti first if you have more than one course..but they knew from the beginning that we only have one coruse and even then they did not manage to bring the food together. Also they were not able to bring the dessert together with the coffee, which should be the standard in such a class restaurant! Really disappointing this evening!

Marechiaro as always at the top. High quality products and amazing dishes. Very fresh fish!!! We stopped for lunch, everything was delicious as always. All the staff in the dining room were very attentive and present. I will definitely return

Il ristorante Marechiaro sorprenderà il vostro palato e vi regalerà una sensazione di benessere grazie al suo ambiente rilassante, con colonne sonore davvero top! Menù variegato, con ottimi piatti di pesce, di carne e una pizza favolosa con prodotti di alta qualità; ampia selezione di vini. Ho assaggiato sia menù pesce che pizza e devo dire che sono rimasta sempre super soddisfatta dai sapori autentici e mediterranei. Atmosfera rilassante da condividere sia in coppia sia con amici. I titolari sono molto cordiali e in generale tutto lo staff è professionale, attento ai dettagli e alle coccole rivolte ai clienti. Che dire, se volete provare un pranzo o una cena e rimanere piacevolmente sorpresi, non potete non provare il ristorante Marechiaro. Super consigliato!

06/06/2025: A true gem in Bolzano – authentic, warm, incomparably good! During our vacation in South Tyrol, we tried many restaurants – but none impressed us as much as this small, traditional Italian restaurant in Bolzano. The menu is manageable, but that's precisely what speaks for the quality. The emphasis here is on freshness, regional products, and genuine craftsmanship. Every bite was a little feast – authentic, honest, and full of flavor. The prices are surprisingly moderate, especially considering the quality of the food. You can tell: This isn't about fancy stuff or tourist rip-offs, but about real taste. A big compliment also to the warm service – attentive, friendly, and always up for a pleasant chat. We felt completely at home. Conclusion: We haven't eaten better anywhere during our entire vacation. This restaurant is an absolute insider tip for anyone who appreciates good food and genuine hospitality. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!
31/05/2025: Don't let the rustic atmosphere scare you—this place might look a little old-school or rough around the edges, but the food is absolutely worth it. Osteria del Picchio serves up genuinely delicious dishes that feel homemade and full of flavor. The vino della casa was also a pleasant surprise—simple, smooth, and paired perfectly with the meal. If you're looking for a true local spot with character and great food, give it a try!

19/04/2025: Pizzeria Principe in Meran – a place where the palate dances! For us, the Pizzeria Principe in Merano is more than just a restaurant – it is a real experience. Every dish that comes to the table here is a small work of art. The flavors, the quality of the ingredients, the perfect preparation - simply incredible. From the first bite you can tell that they cook with passion here. The palate literally explodes with happiness! But what really makes this place special is the team. The staff is so warm, friendly and familiar that you immediately feel at home. You will be welcomed with a smile, served attentively and pampered all around. This warmth and hospitality can no longer be taken for granted these days - it is appreciated all the more here. For me, the Pizzeria Principe is an absolute favorite place in Meran. Anyone who has eaten here once is guaranteed to come back. Thank you for so many wonderful moments of enjoyment!
26/03/2025: Very nice location. The pizza is average, quite good with generous toppings, but could be improved by making it slightly thinner and/or crispier. Quick and friendly service, normal prices.
