A lovely place, highly recommended! The girls are all excellent! Fast, kind, and helpful. You choose what you want from a menu at the entrance, pay, they give you your choice of drinks, and you're given a number to call to pick up your tray with your food. There's no table service, but that's fine. You choose your table. The service is fast. The food is delicious, the fried fish is top-notch! Especially the mixed one, there's so much fish and so many different types. Then there's the panelle, fried chickpea cake, and the meatballs, delicious. The tables are located right on the canal, a truly pleasant atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My dad loves this place. Some weekends he comes all the way from Florence just to eat fried fish at this kiosk. The mixed fried fish is excellent. The fish is fresh, top-quality, and the batter is perfect. I recommend pairing it with wine, which is also very good. So, if you want good fried fish, come eat here!

Nice little outdoor spot, casual, with good seafood. We'll definitely be back.

It's tasty, but the presentation is very spartan. Wet wipes for washing hands before and after the feast would be useful. Eating in the dark is nice on a romantic date, but not always. Fish with bones are better seen.

I'll be quick and cynical. When I want a satisfying fried seafood dish, this is the place to go. Last night I had a heart-warming fried calamari, accompanied by a portion of cod (fried, of course). The great thing is that it's not heavy at all, and you can tell right away from the light, clean color of the golden brown. For me, the absolute number one kiosk 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🏆🥇

One of the best fried fish I've ever eaten: perfectly crispy, dry, light, and with a perfectly balanced mix of calamari, shrimp, and small fish. Every bite truly tasted of the sea, without heavy batter or overpowering oil. A generous portion, served piping hot and with a care that makes all the difference. Mare Matto is a guarantee for those who love well-prepared fish. I'll definitely be back!
