Lime risotto with scampi, raw ham, Mediterranean turbot ... and then a man from Trieste, Alberto, and a Sicilian, Valerio, who manage this "epicurean ship" on the mainland to make everything perfect. Tiramisù eccezionale e risotto buonissimo: si sposavano bene i sapori, delicati e profumati. Location stupenda con i colori di Venezia sui bicchieri. Ci tornerò.
