This place is okay for pizza. We didn't enjoy the antipasti and other main courses as much. The service could be friendlier. The ambiance is very spartan.

Fantastic place We were there two nights in a row during the week of August 15th, and I'd say it was exceptional. Everything was great. Both the pinsa and the seafood restaurant. Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Super friendly and kind. The atmosphere was top-notch. Thank you so much. See you next time.

We were greeted immediately and seated even though we hadn't booked. The food was excellent (special mention for the spaghetti allo scoglio!), and the service was prompt and courteous.

Delicious pizzas for a great price. Huge selection of different dishes. The tartufo and cheesecake were also delicious. Friendly service, nothing to complain about.

In the few days of vacation spent in Capo Rizzuto, we had the opportunity to appreciate very good dishes based on fish and meat. We returned to taste pizzas and pinse, equally excellent. 14/09/2025: We ordered tortellini once and a 4-course meal once. The food was delicious and seemed to be completely homemade. We were here outside of school holidays, and the food arrived quickly enough. The portions are large. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish it all. I absolutely don't understand why several people here describe the food as bad. Give "La locanda del re" a try 🙂! It's worth it. Attached is a photo of the appetizer platter.
05/09/2025: There were two of us, so we ordered an appetizer and two gnocchi alla sorrentina. Everything was delicious, with plenty of choice, and especially the option of a set menu that offered a wide range of dishes, including coffee and a digestif, at a great price. The restaurant is visually distinctive, but we ate outside. It was a truly evocative experience, thanks in part to the view of the magnificent castle. I would return.

Pizzeria e Trattoria La Quercia

02/09/2025: Truly excellent, both the owner and the young man who works there are friendly and quite helpful. The pizza is truly excellent, both stuffed and Margherita. I recommend the 4 Formaggi, which is really good. The free cover charge is also nice and convenient, so you really get what you pay for. Recommended for both families and solo travelers. That said, I'll be back as soon as I can.
