Excellent appetizers, the tasting menu is highly recommended. Book a few days in advance, as it's always busy. The fish and wine are excellent. Excellent value; you won't find places like this anymore.

You can't leave San Michele Salentino without eating at MARE BLU. EXCELLENT food, from raw to cooked, the place is spotless, and the owners, Loredana and Mauro, are incredibly welcoming and kind—it's impossible not to love them! We had a truly wonderful evening with friends. We'll be back as soon as we have the chance.

A restaurant in the heart of the small community of San Michele Salentino... a seafood restaurant that's always top-notch. I always return and try something new every time. A culinary experience worth living. The owner, Amauri, is always friendly and even caters to us with dishes that aren't on the menu.

22/08/2025: A lovely, quiet, and clean place. The staff is friendly, and the owner, Maddalena, is the perfect hostess. The bread and mussel meatballs with pecorino fondue are a must-try. Recommended for a relaxing, family-friendly evening.
14/08/2025: A restaurant at the entrance to Cisternino's historic center. The menu is limited but of high quality. All the fish dishes were fresh and well-prepared. If I had to make a small complaint, it would probably be the quantity. Recommended

16/09/2025: A well-maintained place with showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. The beach is a must-see. We enjoyed the restaurant, which offered good value for money. I recommend it.
