They offer a wide selection of meats and side dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The wines to accompany the meat are also excellent, available both by the bottle and by the glass. The meat, the star of the place, is excellent: fresh, high-quality, and grilled to perfection by Nicola, a true artist. They offer both traditional cuts and more sophisticated aged meats, designed for the most discerning palates and connoisseurs. The quality of the meat far surpasses that of some of the most renowned restaurants of the same genre and is in no way inferior to that of Tuscany.
