I've been coming back to this pizzeria for many years, and the quality of the ingredients and dough is always top-notch. Excellent pizza, light dough... It's a small pizzeria, so reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Highly recommended!

A place not to be missed. The whole team is super welcoming. The menu is very varied. The pizzas are delicious and really generous, fresh ingredients with the flavor we love. Plus, they have good beer and cocktails. A big thank you to the entire Marade' team; we really enjoyed ourselves and had a great time!! 🙏

The first time I got a takeaway pizza and I really liked it, then I happened to get a delivery and in addition to the fact that they were very late, the pizzas arrived with little toppings, I would say almost non-existent, and I also found the dough to have deteriorated. Too bad.

21/10/2025: The best pizza in the entire Sicilian region! Paolo (the pizza chef) is a pizza genius (Little Mozart). The dough and ingredients are exceptional, with high levels of craftsmanship and simplicity. A "Syracusan artist" who also surprised us with his humility and great passion. Kudos also to the very attentive and knowledgeable staff for offering a great culinary experience. I hope to return soon! Paolo, make us dream! 🍕🙏👏👏👏
21/10/2025: In this intimate corner of Ortigia, we found the sincere friendliness of a young and attentive staff combined with a serious pursuit of culinary excellence. The pizza chef is a true "Mozart of dough," and his dishes all share a genuine passion for work and quality ingredients. Not just a simple restaurant, but a true temple dedicated to good taste (just steps from the Temple of Apollo).

Pizzeria Orto Di Santa Chiara

24/11/2025: Pizzeria in the center of Noto, satisfying pizza. We ordered two pizzas: a capricciosa and a gluten-free margherita. Both were delicious, and the gluten-free pizza is their own, not the usual frozen base that's often found. Highly recommended! 🌟
