We went last night, I had an excellent steak, very good and cooked equally well and my wife had a truly special clam and mushroom pasta and it has become her first favourite. Very nice and well-kept cozy environment, welcoming and kind owner and staff. Very recommended

Vasta scelta nel menu dai piatti tradizionali a quelli elaborati tutte con materie prime ricercate , originali e di ottima qualità . Molte proposte fuori menu con prodotti stagionali . Servizio attento , cordiale , sicuramente al di sopra della media . Pietanze sorprendenti dalle quali si evince l’estro del cuoco . Carta dei vini assortita e mirata al giusto abbinamento al cibo proposto . La parola banale non appartiene a questa esperienza culinaria . Finalmente una coccola per il palato!

Locale accogliente, Gianmarco gentile, servizio un pochino scoordinato (primi e secondi arrivati contemporaneamente). Battuta al coltello e carpaccio di manzo con frutto della passione squisiti e ben presentati, eccellenti le pappardelle al cinghiale, non troppo saporiti né abbondanti i tagliolini al tartufo nero e ben conditi i rigatoni all'amatriciana. Golose le polpette al sugo, sfiziose le alette di pollo fritte con ciotolina di salsa tipo BBQ, tenero, ma pensavo più particolare il controfiletto Sashi finlandese frollato da 60 giorni. Nella norma le patate al forno e fritte, la porzione di cicorietta ripassata così esigua che abbiamo dovuto segnalarlo e ordinarne una seconda porzione. Tortino al cioccolato dal cuore caldo delizioso! Abbiamo pasteggiato con un corposo Negroamaro e, compresi amaro e grappa, abbiamo pagato un prezzo medio alto, ma in linea con la qualità del cibo. Bravo lo chef Mosé.

Cozy place, kind Gianmarco, slightly uncoordinated service (first and second arrivals at the same time). Knife tartare and beef carpaccio with passion fruit are delicious and well presented, the pappardelle with wild boar is excellent, the tagliolini with black truffle are not too tasty or abundant and the rigatoni all'amatriciana is well seasoned. The meatballs in sauce were delicious, the fried chicken wings with a small bowl of BBQ sauce were delicious, tender, but I thought the Finnish Sashi sirloin, aged for 60 days, was more special. The baked and fried potatoes were normal, the portion of sautéed chicory was so small that we had to point it out and order a second portion. Delicious warm hearted chocolate cake! We dined with a full-bodied Negroamaro and, including amaro and grappa, we paid a medium-high price, but in line with the quality of the food. Well done chef Moses.

The place is very pleasant, in a rustic style, but the meat was a little below expectations: the Finnish sashi rib that I took was not very tender, despite the fact that the menu indicated a 60-day maturation period, in fact it was rather "" nervous." The fillet ordered by my wife was good, but had an excess of flavor coming from the coarse salt with which it was sprinkled: perhaps it was my fault that, not knowing the "hand" of the bbq-master, I did not specify to use with little salt when ordering. The side vegetables are good. A small note on the wine service: having taken a glass of it, it was poured partly from an almost finished bottle, draining it to the last drop, and partly from a new bottle, just opened, which had not been cleaned. 'taste of practice. The transparency of the account could be improved: when paying at the checkout I was given a receipt with a single item of the total, without details.
