We ordered the chef's carpaccio, which was served to us and we weren't told what it was.
Enzyme batter 4.0 (the 4.0 would stand for a mojito that was supposed to accompany the tartare but never arrived (the most expensive appetizer)). And the chocolate bread was a wafer of unleavened dough.
The carbonara was served with a drizzle of cream not specified on the menu and the pasta wasn't very hot.
As for the fillet (and the quality of the meat, even the appetizers), it remains the best I've ever eaten. The meat quality was impeccable. But when my partner ordered, she wasn't asked how she wanted it cooked, and she wasn't even told when her dish was served.
The berry mousse wasn't berry, but strawberry.
At the register, an 8 euro discount, but no excuses for the 45 minutes it took to get the appetizers and the missing mojito.

A very welcoming place, with a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere... the staff are very helpful, friendly, and welcoming... which I personally like... and the food is excellent! I love coming here often because the meat is some of the best around, and the cooking and seasoning are exceptional and well-balanced. And the value for money is excellent. I found it by chance, and it's become one of my favorites, so I definitely recommend trying it because I don't think you'll regret it.

The charcuterie and cheese platter was amazing. The meatballs in tomato sauce had an indescribable flavor. The raw meat platter was excellent. If you want quality meat at a reasonable price, you absolutely have to come here. The owner/chef is truly down-to-earth, friendly, and welcoming.
