Pre-concert dinner at this restaurant recommended by the theater's management. It's a welcoming and traditional place, with extremely kind and helpful staff. The food is exquisite; we had a delicious appetizer of local produce and the pappardelle with wild boar ragù, which were spectacular. Everything was delicious, but what really surprised us was the price, which was incredibly low by our standards. Highly recommended; it's very difficult to eat so well for so little. Kudos to the management and readers: don't miss it!

Discovered by chance, service was quick and impeccable.
Special mention for the bruschetta with local olive oil.
Pappardelle with wild boar, as it should be, delicious and plentiful.
Grilled wild boar, delicious sautéed chicory.
Good house wine.
Right prices, you can eat well for two for less than €60.

Every time I come to Monterano, I always stop at Trattoria Manturna. The food is excellent and everything is delicious. Very quiet place. Compliments to everyone for the speed of service and compliments to the chef. See you next time 😜
