September 16, 2025: Based on Google reviews, we visited New Manor for dinner. We received a friendly welcome and made our choice from the clear menu. We started with the New Manor antipasto (cold and hot fish), followed by the Arrosto dell' Adriatico and Orata New Manor as second courses. A word of caution: the portions are very large, so if you get the chance to share the antipasto dell' Adriatico between two people, definitely do so. All dishes were very tasty and neatly presented. A bottle of accompanying white wine made it complete. One tip: a 5- to 10-minute break between the antipasto and the second courses would be helpful. New Manor is 200 meters from the Hermitage Hotel and is definitely worth trying instead of eating in the hotel restaurant. Excellent value for money!

Excellet staff, one of the best I experienced. Its only pitty its not located somewhere on the beach/some view spot. But the food and staff is soooo excellent

Definitely worth a visit! Excellent location, delicious food, and friendly, fast staff. The seaside-themed setting makes for a pleasant evening. I recommend it.

The outdoor setting is nice and pleasant, the tasting menu is plentiful and delicious, the only dish that wasn't appreciated because it wasn't very tasty was the mussel and clam stew.

The restaurant is run by particularly kind and friendly staff. We ate excellent fish. The portions are generous and cooked with care. A special mention to the very good waitress.

Food, service and environment match each other and I could not give a rating other than "excellent" ... Every now and then I can't help but pop into this restaurant located on the Silvi seafront, and every time I'm pleased with the choice made. I recommend to those who are nearby (and not only) to stop by to taste a simple and refined seafood cuisine at the same time with a welcoming and competent service in a clean and pleasant environment ... N.B.: they also make excellent pizzas ... bon appetit to those who want to try this culinary adventure ...

Il Tucano

26/08/2025: Last night we went to Il Tucano, a pizzeria and restaurant in Silvi Marina, and I have to say we had a really good time. The location is simple and charming, with a relaxed atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. We ordered pizza, and it was pleasantly surprised: the dough was light, well-cooked, and the ingredients on top were fresh and plentiful. It was truly delicious, one of those pizzas that makes you want to order another immediately. Then we tried the fried calamari... marvelous! Crispy, dry, without excess oil, and with that flavor that lets you know the fish is fresh. The staff was incredibly kind, always attentive and thoughtful, and at the end of dinner they even offered us a glass of Ratafià, a typical Abruzzo liqueur I wasn't familiar with: delicious, fragrant, and perfect to end the evening. We loved everything so much that we've already decided to come back during the week to try the arrosticini. If they're as good as the rest, it'll be another wonderful evening to remember. 24/08/2025: The experience at "Il Tucano" restaurant was impeccable. The service was excellent, the waiters were always helpful and truly professional. The food was excellent, and the menu was very varied. I will definitely be back.
