Manhattan Pizzeria In Vallata

I was in Vallata with my son for school work. On Monday evening, not knowing where to have dinner near the B&B, we found this pizzeria. From the outside, it almost looks like a bar, but upon entering, you're immediately struck by the simplicity and atmosphere of old-fashioned establishments. The staff was incredibly friendly and quickly escorted us to our table. The menu offers many pizzas, including those that have won awards at international Pizza DOC competitions. The dough is light, the ingredients top-quality, and the flavors authentic. Plus, it was a sight to see the pizza chef at work rolling out the pizzas! I highly recommend this place: you won't regret it. The pizza was so big I couldn't finish it and took it back to the B&B... and what can I say? It was delicious even the next day, eaten cold!
