It's not just a recommended stop: it's a must-visit for anyone who wants to discover the authenticity of Ragusa's cuisine! I had the pleasure (or rather, the honor!) of tasting every flavor available: tomato and caciocavallo (with 3 without potatoes), ricotta and onion, eggplant, spinach, potato and sausage, parsley, spinach... and I wouldn't rule out any of them because each one is extraordinary, unique, balanced in flavor, with a perfect dough: thin, fragrant, yet soft, as tradition dictates. It's impossible to choose a favorite: every bite tells a different story, made of tradition (just like your grandmother would make), passion, and carefully selected ingredients. You can sense the love that goes into their preparation, as if they came straight from the kitchen of a Sicilian grandmother who kneads with her hands and heart. Everything prepared by the rotisserie is delicious! You can also eat vegetarian, the staff is very kind and you can also place orders. I go there as soon as I can and I will go there in the future.
