I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel and restaurant. First of all, cleanliness, rating 11 out of 10. The building is old, but everything has been renovated, every corner is clean, bleached to perfection. The linen is spotless, as if just from the store, the towels are snow-white. The restaurant is wonderful, the breakfast was with high-quality products, like in an expensive restaurant. There is a comfortable parking space, accessible for large cars, which is rare for Italy. The interior is very pleasant, with notes of antiquity and novelty, a wonderful combination of quality and taste. I would like such service to be everywhere. Thank you and I wish you prosperity.

I stayed at this property and I must say that it was a wonderful experience thanks to the availability and kindness of the owner. The single room is spacious, quiet, welcoming and very clean. In the morning I found an abundant and sweet breakfast! Really everything perfect! Very recommended!

Excellent experience. Large, comfortable and clean room. Bathroom and lift suitable for disabled people. Unparalleled breakfast included in the modest price. Restaurant with special dishes prepared and served with great taste. We will return from the Marche with pleasure!
