We had lunch here on August 20 and were pleasantly surprised by the warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent: the gnocchetti were a real treat, and the arrosticini were flavorful and well-cooked. The staff was friendly and attentive, helping to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that, before leaving, we decided to return a second time. A place that truly makes you feel at home. Highly recommended!

We ate there a few days ago, as a group of four, and had a great time. The staff was fantastic, making you feel at ease with advice and assistance. The food was truly delicious, with a wide selection and many typical Abruzzo dishes. Highly recommended for everyone.

We always love coming back to "Hosteria da Papa"—the food is excellent and the price is right. Typical, authentic, delicious products and dishes!!! The friendliness of Carmine, the host, and his skill at making sauces are the icing on the cake!! We'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!

Five of us had lunch on Sunday, August 3, 2025. I liked the setting, the service was friendly and courteous. All the courses were mouth-watering: appetizers of cured meats, cheese, fried foods, specialties (coratella, tripe, etc.). The first courses were also delicious (we tried the chitarra and the timbale). I don't know what other adjectives to use to describe the quality of the products, including the meats, of course (both liver and traditional arrosticini). Finally, the dessert was also good. We'll definitely be back.
