⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mamà Pizza Bistrot was a wonderful discovery! The place is cared for down to the smallest details, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The decor is elegant but simple, with light tones and floral details that make the environment relaxing and pleasant. The service was impeccable: the staff is extremely kind, attentive and helpful, capable of making every customer feel pampered and welcomed. Moving on to the food, every dish was a delight! We started with a hot mixed appetizer: croquettes, panelle, chips perfectly golden and tasty. The pizza with salmon, buffalo mozzarella and Greek yogurt was simply exceptional: soft and well-cooked dough, very fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a quiet evening with friends or family. We will definitely be back!

Yesterday evening, accompanied by a friend, I went for the first time to this bistro in the center of Palermo. The place is sober with wooden tables of excellent size and well spaced from each other. The jazz music in the background accompanies without disturbing. We started with a mixed fried squid and baby squid, followed by spaghetti with sea urchins, certainly the best I have ever tasted. All accompanied by a good "Feudo Arancio" grill. A special note goes to the waitress who pampered us throughout the service with impeccable professionalism and friendliness. When I return to Palermo it will certainly be an essential stop. Highly recommended.

Excellent welcome from smiling and kind staff who are attentive to customer needs. Excellent environment, comfortable and functional. As for the pizza, what to say is excellent is an understatement, the natural leavening is excellent but what excites me are the toppings perfectly blended together and the dough. The prices are adequate for the product offered.
