Experience is not learned from books alone, it's true!
We usually think that for a good roast you just need a grill and some charcoal, but the truth is that meat is culture, dedication, mastery and a lot of knowledge.
If you want to appreciate the cult of national and international meat this is really the right place, with a variety of cuts that spans the entire globe.
In my opinion (after 10 years of living in Rome and after having frequented the best meat places) this is the best experience I have ever had.

Consigliato! Ho provato l’entrecote e la tagliata rucola e grana. Cottura perfetta e carne tenera. Dolci altrettanto buoni, così come la birra. Personale preparato e professionale, servizio veloce. Locale informale e ben arredato, atmosfera rilassante. Se avete voglia di carne, qui andate sul sicuro.

The food was really tasty. However, the service could have been much better. Arriving at half past eight and being told that you actually have to wait 10 minutes, but luckily they intervened and we were able to sit down. A cup of tea at the end was really not possible and I don't think you should say 'no' to clients.
