I've personally met one of the two owners (brothers) in many ways, and he turned out to be attentive and sensitive. These gentlemen are also descendants of the restaurant industry. I give them full stars because we've learned that if you ever have anything to say, you can just talk to them calmly. Seeing is believing!

One of the historic PUBS in Bologna, I hadn't been there for years, having lived in another area for some time. I found great quality in the food; we shared the gramigna and the kebabs. I also liked the staff: the guys, very young, welcomed us with a smile and even the owner (I think her name is Stefania?) recommended some dishes to choose from, not disdaining to have a chat with us and with the other tables, breaking away from the classic relationship between customer and manager, which never hurts in an evening with friends.

Uno dei PUB storici di Bologna, non ci andavo ormai da anni, abitando ormai da tempo in un'altra zona. Ho trovato una grandissima qualità nel cibo; noi abbiamo condiviso la gramigna e gli arrosticini. Mi è piaciuto anche il personale: i ragazzi, molto giovani, ci hanno accolto con il sorriso e anche la titolare (credo si chiami Stefania?) ci ha consigliato alcuni piatti da scegliere, non disdegnando di fare due chiacchiere con noi e con gli altri tavoli, uscendo dal rapporto classico tra cliente e gestore, cosa che in una serata tra amici non guasta mai.
