A very welcoming location and excellent quality dishes (we tried a first course and a meat-based second course). We recommend stopping off during off-peak hours. Excellent wine list.

Venison stew with polenta was just meat with fat pieces not really a stew (no vegetables or anything, so it is not a stew). Carbonara that my friends took they said was good. Also cheap and good wine based on my friends feedback.

Ristorante Castel Toblino

14/10/2025: A perfect place to discover and buy high-quality regional wines. The consultant was wonderful – he introduced us to the wines of Trentino and explained the entire winemaking journey, from harvest to the bottle on our table. The cherry on top was tasting the Vino Santo – an amber-colored, rich, and truly magical wine. Simply unforgettable!
13/09/2025: Three stars, especially for the wine, which was delicious with every course. The food was mediocre; of the four courses, only one was truly delicious. The restaurant also lacked a lot of atmosphere.

15/11/2025: We were so crowded at the table, there was almost no room to put our plates! There wasn't a single centimeter left even though we'd only ordered one dish each.
