A mountain hut near the start of the "Sentiero dei Grandi Alberi" (Big Trees Trail) in Recoaro Mille. Accessible on foot via a short detour from the trail or by car. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Excellent local cheeses. Fioretta cheese is available for purchase.

Cristian is a passionate and skilled herder, as well as being hospitable and cheerful like few others. His passion for his land shines through in the cheeses he produces. Unique flavors that fortunately can still be found in these mountains and taken home at the end of the day. Excellent mountain hut. Delicious products.

This mountain hut is located on the road to Recoaro Mille. You can find 4-5 types of very good cheeses at a reasonable price, €13-14-15. Kg of air and water are definitely not polluted.

Excellent cheeses and cured meats. I've been going there for years and it's never disappointed. Highly recommended.
