Delicious potato gnocchi, both the ones with puzzone and walnuts and the red potato ones with ricotta and speck. The cold cuts platter is very good, worth mentioning giardiniera made by them and the quince mustard also homemade! Excellent. The desserts are also very good, a chocolate sbrisolona and an ice cream with apricots in syrup (made by them) which are truly excellent!!!

Locale molto grande a pochi chilometri da Cavalese. Gestione familiare e abituati a gestire molti coperti. Personale informale e disponibile. Cibo onesto, con molti prodotti di autoproduzione. Forse siamo stati un po' sfortunati, con un menù serale abbastanza scarno. Da riprovare a pranzo!

Da quando lo abbiamo scoperto ci torniamo ogni volta con piacere. Giampiero sempre molto simpatico, gentile e disponibile (l’ultima volta ho prenotato per sbaglio per 2 persone in meno e si è fatto in 4 per cercare un tavolo per non farci stare stretti). Cibo sempre ottimo e ad un prezzo assolutamente onesto. Ambiente piacevole e poco rumoroso anche con tutti i tavoli occupati e personale sempre molto attento alle esigenze alimentari di tutti, in particolare ad un componente della famiglia celiaco che può trovare una buona varietà dí scelte. Che dire…lo consiglio assolutamente e continuerò a venirci
